Dua Lipa, an English singer-songwriter was born in London on the 22nd of August 1995. Following her stint as a model, she decided to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album "Dua Lipa" in 2017. The album climbed up to the third position on the U.K. Chart for Albums. Eight singles were released and included Be the Only I.D.G.A.F. and New Rules (UK number one). It also peaked at the number 6 spot within the United States. Lipa was awarded the Brit Award in 2018 as British Female Soloist as well as British Breakthrough Artist. Her album is certified platinum across a variety of countries.
